Kenshiki Pulse app

Terms for the iOS app

Scope. These terms apply to the Kenshiki Pulse iOS app, in addition to Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. They are separate from the website terms above.

What Pulse is, and is not. Pulse is an on-device tool that proves whether your phone is still being carried and used by you. It is not a credit bureau, a consumer reporting agency, a credit-repair service, identity-theft insurance, or financial or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that identity theft, fraud, or unauthorized credit activity will be prevented or detected.

Connecting to websites (device bonding). Pulse can prove to a partner website you choose that a real, present device approved an action, by sharing a device-integrity proof and derived presence signals and, if you have read your passport, your passport name, date of birth, nationality, and document number. You decide whether to bond and what each prompt shows before you approve. Pulse provides a verification signal only; the partner website remains responsible for its own decision, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. See the privacy notice for exactly what is shared.

License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pulse for your own personal use, subject to these terms and Apple’s standard licensed-application end-user license agreement.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate any law or another person’s rights.

No warranty. Pulse is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that its assessment is accurate, uninterrupted, or sufficient for any purpose.

Future bureau services. A later release may connect Pulse to credit bureaus and the Kenshiki registry under additional terms and disclosures, including any FCRA-related notices, presented before those features are used. That functionality is not available in this version.
